What constitute good Health and how can we control Disease?
Doctors are increasing day by day!!! medicine stores are increasing day by day, but why is it that they arent able to control the rapid advancement in the diseases......???
Answer to this question is very straight forward ,but 80% of the people ignore this simple fact, as it goes on with the 80-20 rule which states that 80% of people in the world knows 20% of the stuff...,and 20% of the people know 80% of the things ...most of them which are useless..
nw let me come back to the topic..hw to maintain good health and contol diseases?
there are essentially four pillars to good health...
- PROPER NUTRITION
- REGULAR EXERCISE
- ADEQUATE REST
- POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE
IF ANY PERSON FOLLOWS THE FOUR THINGS LISTED ABOVE SINCERILY,I BET HE'LL NEVER GO TO DOCTOR IN HIS ENTIRE LIFE IN ORDER TO GET CURED OF ANY DISEASE.

:) did you know how cheese was invented? It wasnt necessity, it was an accident, read
this
I wish it were that simple. I was always healthy growing up, helped that my mum was really healthy too! I have Crohn's disease and when I am flaring I cannot eat healthily as typical "healthy foods" are hard to digest, and exercise, I'm lucky if I can go 5 mtres away fro mthe toilet! haha
However I do agree that if more people lived like ths there would be far fewer health issues in general, and the most important thing for good health (in my opinion) stop smoking and lay off the booze.
Thanks for your message on my blog, how can they ever make chocolate illegal?? Frightful! ;o) x
Thanks for dropping my blog....I couldnt agree more on health. Will read Gurpreet's note on cheese. :0)
Hi there, thanks for visiting my blog and for that link on how chocolate was once banned - it's crazy!
Looks like you're new to blogging - Good luck with it and most of all, have lots of fun! I think there's a lot of truth in the point you were making on your current post.
It's not that I don't understand the importance of all these things, but the difficulty lies in following through. Granted, that's my own problem, but it is much easier said than done to get the four areas in line.

Thanks for dropping by my blog, Oz Tucker. I agree - but we do have to get the social settings right in which everything can operate: fair day's work, fair day's pay, good education. Otherwise if we are overworked we won't have time or energy for anything. If we are underworked and underpaid, we won't be able to afford good food. We may get too depressed to move from the couch. So, sure it is up to the individual, but it is also up to wider society.
Blessings and bliss from Oz Tucker
Ha! I barely have time to eat, sleep or rest with 3 kids (although I'd love to attempt it). Oh and forget being 'mentally stable'... my kids drive me insane DAILY!
Thanks for dropping by my blog, and the link about the chocolate ban in Swiss. Learned something new today :)
Thanks for visiting my blog and for the information about the ban of Swiss chocolate.
I think if we can stay off medication, we do ourselves a world of good. It isn't always possible for everyone though. I also firmly believe in the medicinal value of healthy food. Exercise is extremely important too.
You forgot one item in the four that you mentioned.
5. Plenty of PLAIN water.
(Minimum of 4 to 5 eight ounce glasses a day)
hi there, thanks for passing by and commenting, feels good!Well,i'll say it's not easy to follow these tips for good health for many many many who can't afford just a meal a day or less. You're thus constrained to eat whatever whenever and i believe this situation touches the majority of the world's population. But it seems the opposite at the monority's part of the world, where there's surplus that leads to diseases instead!peace and love!!!
That was absolutely true simon...thanks for dropping by ... great blog...
and surprising to knw swiss had banned chocolates and now they have the greatest chocolates there...
Thanks for dropping by, great blog!
thank for visiting my blog & link about chocolate ban in Swiss & happy it is not happen here
hello sj simon,
I don't know about the ban of chocolate in switzerland. Thanks for telling me.
You are so right! I usually get the proper nutrition, I get some exercise and swear I will take more, I don't get nearly enough rest, but I try to have a good mental attitude! i have an especially good one after yoga!
I vow to try harder. Thank you!
thanks for dropping by my blog! :D
yeah I wish i could maintain all 4 of that, but in this world where people are work-driven and stressed (even students as well!) it seems kinda impossible... :(
It looks like you have been spreading the Swiss chocolate ban around the blogosphere. Anyway it inspired me to write a post about chocolate and being a chocoholic.
Not sure how we got linked up...but thanks for visiting my blog. Don't know if I agree with this philosophy...but can agree that doing these things bring contentment. I have type I diabetes and no matter how much rest, healthy eating or adequate rest I got before I turned twelve, I'm pretty sure I still would have developed this disease. These four things DEFINITELY help me lead a healthy life. Some things in our lives we just have no control over. LIke cancer...
:) Happy and healthy living,
Morgan St. John
er, rather...exercise. adequate exercise.
Lol!! Nice bit of news :D....too bad for them... too long to go without choclate...
Coming to your post....those 4 are the mantras we could live our lives by...if only if we could persist :D
You commented on my blog witout reading it. If you had read even the single post you commented on, you'd know I don't go in for this sort of woo-woo. Check out www.randi.org for info on spotting bs-feel-good crapola.
Yes the 4 pillars of good health and wellness, which I subscribe to for the past 16 years.
Hey spam losers, why don't you go back to school, if you've ever been to school, and find another way to collect names and addresses from trusting people.
ehh..why no update?? thanks for visiting my blog...well..wats the reason switzerland banned the chocolates..and is it still banned until now?
That was quite an interesting article on the chocolate ban in Switzerland. I learned something new, thanks!
Thaks for dropping by my blog and let me know something interesting.
I totally agree with you about your statement on good health. I'm quite conscious yet I like to bake..very ironic right? Well, I believe in moderation though and will try to go for healtheir alternatives on a regular basis while the sinful food for occasional indulgences. Besides, if eating is one of a pleasure too mankind, I felt we should not be deprive of this little pleasure as who knows what is gonna happen tomorrow. Just my litttle views. :)
I disagree.
Thanks for dropping by my blog and informing me about the disastrous
news about the chocolate ban. I wouldn't be able to imagine a world without precious chocolate
Hey- I just found your post on my blogsite about chocolate being banned in Switzerland. Who knew? Thanks for the info!! They must have been crazy by the way....
Are you copying and pasting your comment on everyone's blog that has to do with chocolate? What an exciting life.
Why did the Swiss ban chocolate, anyway?
You're right about nutrition. Food is a drug. It's best to stay away from the processed stuff that's so prevalent in the United States.
Dude, ur "pathway to health" is pretty str8forward, i must say.
However, if u don't mind me correcting....this is 21st century! Those easy pathways can be helpful but...avoiding doctors is another thing. There r loads and loads of unidentified pathogens & diseases YET.
Keep it up :)

Thanks for visiting..I find that very interesting about the ban of Chocolate in Switzerland...I'm sure glad I don't live there..I can't even imagine life without chocolate, although I've now been dealing with reflux and chocolate seems to aggrivate it....still not sure if I can stop chocolate all together, maybe just be a little easier on my consumption. :)
